Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions before proceeding to the villa booking form by confirming your acceptance at the bottom of the page.

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings with Go Villas Cyprus (“The Company”) of 10 Lordou Vyronos, Geroskipou, Paphos, Cyprus. Any booking made or order placed by you, whether through the Company’s website or otherwise, shall be deemed an offer by you to rent the relevant accommodation subject to these terms & conditions. All bookings through our Company and all matters arising from them are subject to Cyprus law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payment due from the party. Booking services with the company are currently only available to persons who are at least 18 years old. By submitting a booking you warrant and confirm to us that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.

Go Villas Cyprus acts only as to advertise the property and make a reservation for its rental and accepts no liability for any loss, personal injury/ illness or death in any way that this may occur to the customer during their stay at the property. Go Villas Cyprus ensures the accuracy of all information provided on the website and the quality and facilities of the property. Go Villa Cyprus accepts no liability for any problems that may occur to the customers during their stay at the property of their choice. All information has been given in good faith, and Go Villas Cyprus therefore has no liability for any misrepresentations of the property. Go Villas Cyprus cannot accept liability for any changes, delay or cancellation of the vacation of the customer because of war, or threat of war, illness, riots or civil strife, terrorist activity(threatened or actual), natural disaster, fire, weather conditions, action at an airport or port by any governmental or public authority, technical problems relating to transport, airport regulations, temporary, technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown with the property or other circumstances amounting to “force majeure” or Acts of God and other similar events beyond Go Villas Cyprus’ control.

Reservation payments can be made via bank transfer or online using PayPal or credit/debit card. Online payments are subject to a processing fee of 2.55%, which will be added to the total amount upon payment. For any payments made from non-EU countries, the processing fee is 3.5 %.

When a booking is made more than 2 months prior to the arrival date, a 30% deposit is required at time of booking after confirmation. The 70% balance payment is required 60 days prior to the arrival date.
For bookings made less than 2 months prior to the arrival date full payment is required at the time of booking after confirmation and under all circumstances before arrival at the property.
In the case of delay of payment more than 14 days, Go Villas Cyprus has the right to cancel the reservation without any refund.
If the customer wishes to cancel a reservation at any point of time, no refund is given from Go Villas Cyprus.

Go Villas Cyprus reserves the right to cancel any reservation. In such a case, another property will be offered (subject to availability) with the price difference payable/refundable. Go Villas Cyprus and the owner have no liability for any other losses occurred due to cancellation.

It is assumed that all customers have travel insurance which includes covering cancellations.

A security deposit may be asked by Go Villas Cyprus to cover any breakages/damages, and will be written on the website. If required, then it has to be paid directly to the owner upon the arrival to the property and will be returned on the departure date less any expenses for damages.

The owner or his representative may enter the property to inspect it at the departure date and may enter during customers’ stay only in the case of emergency or urgent maintenance. The gardener or pool cleaner may enter the premises during customers’ stay and customers cannot deny access to any maintenance staff.

Any damage or loss of personal valuables which is left at the property by the customer is at customer’s own risk. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all doors and windows are closed and locked before leaving the property. In the case of theft or damage to the property due to customer negligence, the owner has the right to ask for compensation from the customer.

The customer must keep the property and its contents in the same state as when arriving to the property. The customer is responsible for payment for damages that was caused by him or any person in the group to the property. The owner may deduct from the security deposit any amount for extra cleaning and ask for compensation from the customer for damages or breakages exceeding the security deposit amount.

The person whose name is on the booking form is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of all members of the party. Should you or any member of the party not behave in such a manner the owner may use their absolute discretion to terminate the stay of the person(s) concerned. In this situation, the person(s) concerned will be required to leave the property. After this, neither Go Villas Cyprus nor the owner will have any responsibility for such person(s).
Such person(s) will have no right to any refunds and neither Go Villas Cyprus nor the owner will be held responsible for any expenses or costs incurred as a result of this termination.

Go Villas Cyprus acts as a representative of the owner for the private rental of the property. If the customer intends to organise any social event such as party, wedding, cocktail party at the property, permission must be sought from the owner and Go Villas Cyprus prior to such event. Additional charges and/or additional security deposit may be required by the owner at his discretion.

It is agreed that only the amount of people mentioned on the booking confirmation may use the property and its premises unless otherwise agreed on beforehand. Maximum amount of occupancy stated on the website for each property may not be exceeded.

Go Villas Cyprus tries to ensure that all descriptions and photographs posted on the website are recent but cannot guarantee that no changes have been made by the owner. Go Villas Cyprus has the right to update descriptions and photographs in the case of changes made by the owner and will notify the customers if applicable. Go Villas Cyprus is not responsible for any expenses caused to the customer due to these changes.

The customer is not allowed to bring pets to the property unless written acceptance has been given by the owner prior to arrival.

Go Villas Cyprus is not responsible for any problems with the internet or faults occurring with the internet during the customer’s stay at the property.

Smoking may not be permitted in all properties. In each case, this will be stated on each individual property description on the website.

Any customer found in possession of illegal drugs or allowing the use of such drugs at the property will be immediately denied continuation of stay.

The property must be returned to the same state under which it was found by the customer on the arrival date.

It is not allowed to move furniture or appliances within the property without the permission of the owner or Go Villas Cyprus. If permission is given, it is the customer’s responsibility to return furniture and appliances to their initial positions prior to departing from the property. Under no circumstances may anything for the use inside the property be moved outside.

The air conditioning may only be used when the customer is inside the property with all windows and doors closed. Under no circumstance may the air conditioning be on when the customer is not inside the property. The air conditioning units are found in the bedrooms unless stated otherwise.

Go Villas Cyprus accepts no responsibility for any building works or noise in the local area. If Go Villas Cyprus is aware of any works taking place, the customer will be notified and if necessary alternative accommodation will be offered. Go Villas Cyprus accepts no liability in such a case.

The customer is responsible of ensuring that all keys and remote controls are found inside the property prior to departure.

The owner’s contact details will be given to the customer prior to arrival. In the case of any problems during the customer’s stay, the customer must contact the owner who will take care of the matter. If the owner does not solve the issue sufficiently, then the customer can contact Go Villas Cyprus so that Go Villas Cyprus may try to resolve the matter. If the customer wishes to complain after his departure from the property this must be done in writing within 7 days from his departure. Go Villas Cyprus and the owner are not responsible for any noise or disturbance, breakdown of mechanical equipment or failure of public utilities such as water, electricity and gas. If the property cannot be used for occupancy Go Villas Cyprus discharges liability which shall be limited to the return of the sums paid to Go Villas Cyprus in proportion to unused holiday.

If any accident happens to the customer in or close to the property, this must be immediately reported to Go Villas Cyprus.

If any customer or member of the customer’s group has any medical condition or impaired mired mobility issue, Go Villas Cyprus must be informed of this prior to booking so we can advise on suitability of the property. If such information is not provided to Go Villas Cyprus, then Go Villas Cyprus will not be held responsible should the property selected by the customer not be suitable.

When a booking request is received it will be forwarded to the owner and a booking confirmation will be send back to the customer within 24 hours where after initial payment is required.

Upon receipt of payment Go Villas Cyprus will immediately email an acknowledgement of payment to the customer. This acknowledgement will note the remaining balance if any and when this payment is due.

The swimming pool at the property is only for use by the customers at their own risk. With this agreement the customers release Go Villas Cyprus and the owner of any claims demands, expenses, debts, contracts, causes of action, lawsuits, damages and liabilities of any kind with respect to personal injury including death while using the property’s swimming pool. No diving is allowed in the swimming pools.

In Villa Catering Service

All payments to be made to Go Villas Cyprus in advance with the accommodation booking.
Bookings to be made at least 7 days in advance for the Welcome Meal Service.
Booking to be made a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival date and subject to availability for the In Villa Catering or Private Chef Service.
It is your responsibility to inform Go Villas Cyprus in writing of any allergies within the group.
You must advise the caterer immediately of any issues with the service.
The Welcome Meal Service will be delivered to the villa ready for you to re heat upon arrival. Reheating instructions will be given.
No delivery charge applied for the following areas: Kato Paphos, Kissonerga, Coral Bay, Sea Caves, St George, Peyia, Peyia Hills and Mesa Chorio.
Delivery charge applicable of Eur 30.00 for all other remote areas within the District of Paphos.
Service is only available within the District of Paphos.
All meals are prepared by a licensed caterer.
Go Villas Cyprus is not responsible or liable for any issues relating to the above services.
