When you take a look at the villas presented on our website you will find that most villas are often cheaper than hotels of the same standard. Besides from that, when renting a villa this offers you privacy, comfort and freedom which you cannot get when staying in a hotel room. Each of the villas also have a fully equipped kitchen which allows for a more economical solution, especially for larger families, where eating out can easily become one of the biggest expenses on a holiday. When you consider all these facts and remember to compare with the price per room/night you will find that renting a villa for your next holiday stay is a superb value for money!

Most of our villas offer flexible changeover days, therefore allowing for you to arrive any day of the week, depending on availability. However some villas may require a certain arrival day, therefore please check the villa details for specifications.

Normally a 7 night stay is the minimum required stay, however in some villas a shorter stay (5 nights) may be allowed in low season. Do however note that special prices may apply to short stays.

To guarantee a late check out we recommend that you book and pay for an extra night. This will allow you to stay in the villa until the time you need to leave for the airport. Should you prefer you can wait till your arrival to the villa and request a later checkout from the owner/villa manager. Generally a late checkout cannot be guaranteed until a few days before your departure as this depends if a booking is received with arrival on your departure date. Please note that a later checkout may be subject to a small fee and is at the owner/managers discretion.

In order to guarantee an early check in you will need to book and pay for an additional night. This will ensure you immediate access to the villa upon your arrival to the island.

The welcome pack includes the basic things you might need upon arrival to the villa. These are generally bread, butter, jam, milk, fruit juice, water, tea, coffee and sugar. Enough for you to have a drink and a bite to eat before heading out to a nearby supermarket to stock up.

For stays less than 8 nights the villa is cleaned in preparation for your arrival and again after your departure. For stays exceeding 8 nights a mid stay clean will be carried out during your stay. This is a light clean of the inside of the villa and also includes a change of towels and linen.

This is the maximum amount of guests, not including infants, that a villa can accomodate. Any attempt to exceed this amount may result in the villa owner denying you access or evicting you from the villa.

No, the villas are strictly for the use of the villa residents. However maybe be possible, on the condition that you have approval from the villa owner.

Most of the villas do not require a security deposit and is let on the mutual understanding that the villa is taken care of and left tidy and clean after your departure. See details for required security deposit under rental prices for each villa.

Before arriving to the island you will receive full accomodation details including contact details for the villa owner/manager, who will either meet you upon arrival or come by to introduce themselves within 24 hours of your arrival.

Together with the accomodation details you will also receive full driving directions that will lead you straight to your villa. These also includes details on how to gain access to your booked villa.

As most rural areas in Cyprus still do not provide full postal adresses for the properties it is not possible for us to provide you with a such. However this is why you will receive detailed driving directions that you can follow or alternatively provide to your taxi driver and this will assist you in finding the villa quickly and problem-free.

Reservation payments can be made via bank transfer or online using PayPal or credit/debit card. Online payments are subject to a processing fee of 2.55%, which will be added to the total amount upon payment.

Bathroom towels and bedlinen is provided in all our villas.

Yes, most villas do not provide for this and the towels of the villa are strictly for use inside the villa and not to be brought with you to the pool/sea. Some villas may provide beach towels, please see villa specifications for details.

It all depends on the villa you are renting. Some villas include the charges for the airconditiong in the rental rates others require a small fee to be paid either in advance or upon arrival to the villa. Please see villa price list for details.

Depends on the area that you are visiting. As Cyprus still does not have a full public transportation system, renting a car will give you the freedom and possibility to tour Cyprus and experience the many different areas and sights.

The voltage is 240 volts with 3-pin plug sockets.

Please do note that it is your responsibility to ensure that all your belongings are removed from the villa at the end of your holiday. Before departing from your villa please doublecheck the villa thoroughly for your personal belongings. Regrettably Go Villas Cyprus is unable to return to you items discovered after your departure. Each villa requires cleaning before the next arrival and removal will be made of any items left in the property following your departure.Therefore please do notify us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to track non-perishable items down for you and arrange for them to be stored at our office in Paphos. Hereafter you can arrange for a courier to collect these items from our office.

There are 2 main airports in Cyprus, Larnaca Airport and Paphos Airport. You can fly to either of these even if you are not staying in this exact area. Larnaca Airport is approximately 1 and a half hours drive from Paphos Airport.

There are local companies specialising in the hire of baby equipment such as baby walkers, car seats, safety gates etc. The items required can be pre-booked directly with them and delivered to your holiday accommodation. On of these companies are KidsTravellite.Please contact us for details.
